Scheduled Maintenance
If you have a maintenance demanding building or a number of buildings under your management/portfolio we offer a scheduled maintenance service.
With this service our dedicated maintenance manager will discuss your maintenance needs with you. A scheduled maintenance program will be designed free of charge based on a survey of your building, outlining required dates/periods of maintenance for all structure, service and equipment requirements for your building. A monthly fee is then agreed, and from here on your maintenance requirements are our priority, you can focus on the other aspects of your business, being assured your property maintenance is the hands of professionals
With this service a pre-determined number of emergency call outs can also be agreed, meaning you can forecast your monthly & annual maintenance costs and be assured of cost and cash flow control that suits your business.
