The creation of a large remote working hub on Main Street, development of two independent creative studio units to the rear of this hub, a riverside walk, the enhancement of the People's Park and linking the town centre with the established Food Hub and Shed Distillery Visitor Centre at Drumshanbo ExCHANGE, Drumshanbo, Co Letrim.

St Mary’s NS, ASD Unit Ballyhaise – Extension
Location: Ballyhaise, Co Cavan
Project involved the refurbishment of an existing classroom to create ASD learning environment.
Internal upgrades
- demolishing existing block walls to allow for room layout reconfiguration.
- retrofitting of toilet facilities to achieve full doc m compliance.
- Retroffiting of sensory classroom, including new non slip flooring, radiator covers, storage units and classroom displays.
- Creating new door for access into new sensory garden.
External works included:
- Installation of new softfall surface to safe play area
- installation of play area equipment
- Installation of new fencing to boundary of sensory garden
This project was completed in 2 weeks to minimise disruption within the school.
