Complete building renovation. Works consisted of demolitions and alterations to building layout, full M&E install, full internal fit-out, external insulation to entire facade and associated site works.

Renovation work to a live listed building, Works consisted of Plumbing & Electrical upgrade works, Lighting upgrade/replacement, extensive asbestos removal, internal painting, floor coverings and fitted furniture install. Replacement & upgrade works to existing timber sash windows and the external painting to facade adjacent public street.
