Complete renovation to 2nr. existing townhouses incl. removal of existing floor slab and replacement with insulated ground floor slab and extensive demolition/re-model works. Construction of extensions, turn-key fitout throughout. External works incl. substructure, drainage, paving and railings. All works carried out alongside a busy throughfare which required traffic management for duration of works.
